Hi my sweet friend,
Today starts the season of auburn colored leafs, pumpkin spice lattes, and big cozy sweaters.
Fall is officially here!
Having settled down in the beautiful, elegant Mid-West, I’m looking forward to exploring Fall cuisine using local ingredients like wild rice, corn and green beans.
Also light handed spices like caraway (which is excellent with roasted duck, btw) and sage.
Maybe even host my very first Thanksgiving off the island? Maybe.
